Our stay was marred by a series of frustrating issues. First of all, the shower room was uncomfortably cold, and it flooded after each use, making it a nightmare to manage. The lack of privacy was extremely disappointing. the supposed 'private' garden area is far from private. To top it off, we found ourselves with barely enough room for our luggage in a cramped suite that used to be a closet—definitely not what we expected.
